You praised the team after defeat in Ostrava, in what the players improved when compared with the previous lost matches?

"In particular in fighting spirit, the players missed it before. They did not fight at all in Brno and at home against Slavia only from a half. So that I believe after Ostrava that they have waken up at last. "

Why did you make so many changes in the opening line-up in the match against Ostrava a week ago?

"There were several reasons but the most significant of them was a drop of sport form of some players and tiredness of others."

How do you explain penetrability of Boleslav defence in the last matches when the team conceded repeatedly two and from Slavia even three goals?

"The team is not sufficiently aggressive which results in the fact that the Boleslav players are late at the ball in duels face to face. They must return to the play that they used to produce at the beginning of the season and that brought series of wins for the team."

What should the players of Mladá Boleslav mind in the match against Most?

"Most has a very good midfield line but because we play at home, we should concentrate on our style of play and to overcome the opponent with it despite of strong points of the Most team."

How do you cope with defeats, do you try to forget by attending some social or cultural events or by doing any other activities?

"There is no time for anything else in inexorable football rush, I only thing over all the time what is in it, why we are unsuccessful. But I know one thing: all of us must concentrate on our own performances and return to the drive that brought us on the top by concentrated fulfilment of tasks."

Do you consider qualification from the UEFA group in the spring stage or return on the top of the league standings as a more important sport goal?

"I would like both."

Did you consider similar punishment like your colleague from Most Ščasný who punished his players by a pretty pricey penalty after home defeat after the lost matches?

"I did not and do not consider anything similar, I do not see our three-week fluctuation of sport form like a tragedy. I believe that we have put together again during the last week."
