
Tied drama in extra time
More than four thousand visitors on the terraces were surprised and learnt that everything is possible in football. The Boleslav players were jubilant after thinking they had luckily obtaining three points, finding the back of the Plzen net in time added on only to shortly after find themselves sitting with their heads cast down in disbelieve as their rivals stole the draw with a similar favour of fortune. The referee Adam played the title role in the drama when he unreasonably worked magic both with the penalty kick and extra time.

Chramosta shoots Baník down
The Boleslav players gained a very important three points on a heavy pitch in the Bazaly stadium in Ostrava. Boleslav forward Jan Chramosta was clearly the star of the match. He scored twice and hit the post once but the win was unequivocally the result of the entire team who worked tirelessly at their defensive tasks and supported each other successfully. Pavel Hapal replaced by Dušan Uhrin
The management of FK Mladá Boleslav dismissed head-coach Pavel Hapal after the home defeat in the match against Liberec. Dušan Uhrin junior was appointed to the position of head-coach of the first-league team on Monday, May 4, 2009. The management of the club terminated the contract with Pavel Hapal upon mutual agreement. The new head-coach Dušan Uhrin junior signed a contract on Tuesday afternoon for an indefinite period. Dušan Uhrin will cooperate with the same support team as his predecessor until the end of this season.

Unexpectedly cruel slaughter
The Boleslav team was beaten heavily in a direct clash for third position in the league standings and the associated participation in European. They took the lead through Papadopulos, however, they had already lost it before the break. Shortly after changing sides, Liberec's first goal scorer Nezmar scored for a second time and when Blažek easily added a third goal after a free kick from Papoušek, the Boleslav team was down. Misfortune was crowned by Mach's own goal which saw many of the home supporters lose their nerves and leave the terraces before the end of the match. The Boleslav team complicated their desired promotion into a European cup competition considerably.

Dramatic struggle ended without a winner
Boleslav played an excellent match in Slavia's new Synot Tip Arena as they surprised their opponents with lively play. They took the lead twice and refused to be knocked down after an own goal by Hrdlička, and even survived a harshly awarded penalty kick which was superbly saved by Miller. The Slavia players only maintained their invincibility in their new arena by exerting their full effort. Chramosta started the goal parade before Hrdlička's own goal provided the equaliser. Sylvestre gave Boleslav the lead again before half time and Papadopulos increased it to two after the break before Slavia dramatically rescued a tie through Belaid and M.
