We will slug it out with the Slovak champions
After the ambitious training camp at Písek the football players of Mladá Boleslav will have a one-day beak on Sunday, June 25 and from the following Monday they continue in their training activity at home, interspersed with trial matches. In one of them they cross paths with the Slovak champions. At the beginning of July they should train at another camp in Loipersdorf in Austria.

In the Czech Cup a repeat may take place in Náchod
FK Mladá Boleslav should compete on three battlefields this year. Apart from the 1st Gambrinus League they are also awaiting two play-off competitions. At the end of July they enter the qualification matches of the Champions' League and at the end of August they enter the ČMFS cup which has been already distributed by lots for the 2006/2007 season.

Match against Hradec Králové will take place in Rejšice on Saturday morning
In spite of the tie in the Mladá Boleslav - Ružomberok match 1to1, neither of the teams was too sad. They were not playing for league points and the draw did not break any hearts. Mladá Boleslav would pass another trial in Saturday morning on July 1 against Hradec Králové. The coach of the Slovak champions, Komňacký, is expecting the match to be a qualitative test for both teams. "I am quite satisfied with the match and, above all, with the quality level," told Mr. Komňacký and remarked that his players played the morning match straight after hard training.

European premiere against champions from Norway
The draw in the UEFA Champions League qualifications assigned the champions from Norway Valerengen Oslo to FK Mladá Boleslav. The greatest star is forward Tore Andre Flo. The first match will be played in Mladá Boleslav and the return leg in the capital city, Oslo.
Considering Mladá Boleslav was not included among the leading teams, it will play an acceptable but highly quality opponent. Valerengen Oslo are the 2005 champions (the Norwegian league is played from spring to autumn). This year, they won only three out of eleven league matches and occupy the ninth position.
Tore Andre Flo plays in the dress of the Norwegian champions, is a former stable player of Chelsea London and Glasgow Rangers, represented Norway in 76 matches and today, at 33, is still a respected personality.

First club management experience in the dress of a goalkeeper
Josef Dufek, the president of FK Mladá Boleslav says he has a soft spot for Mladá Boleslav town but his home is a twenty-minute drive away from the town border. He likes to return there to his wife, two daughters and dog, albeit often later than he promises and he likes to. Since 2001, he has been engaged in the construction business in addition to management of the town's football club and he has to forget many of his personal wishes and hobbies. He even does not keep up with recreational football where he plays as a goalkeeper.
